CCTV systems monitor your goods day and night, and an on-site manager and staff are available to assist five days a week between 9 am and 5 pm.

Payments will be auto-debited from your account monthly, so you never have to worry about missing a payment. We also accept payments over the phone using a credit or debit card. For added convenience, we also accept cash payments made in-person at our office.

All of our shipping container storage options are offered on a minimum one-month agreement, giving you flexibility without long-term commitments.

We recommend enquiring with your current insurance company to arrange cover for your belongings while they are stored with us.

If you need some assistance with moving your items into storage, we offer courtesy ute and trailer hire for our customers, plus packing materials available for purchase.

If you need to move more heavy-duty items into your unit, our helpful team can recommend several reliable removalists to give you assistance.

For safety reasons, we prohibit hazardous, flammable or perishable items. Always check with us before storing unusual or sensitive items.
While not prohibited, we do not recommend using our storage units to store items such as tech products, artwork or wine, as internal temperatures can become quite high during the warmer months.

If you’re looking to store leather items, such as a lounge, we suggest covering them for extra protection.

If a payment is more than 7 days overdue, an $11 late fee will apply, in accordance with our Storage Agreement.
